Update 2.2 Settings and Menus

Updates:

• Added a settings menu.
• Added a volume slider that will save when you close and open the game.
• Now you can press ESC to leave your current round and go back to the main menu.

Minor Updates:

• The main menu buttons changed positions to make more sense.

Code Updates:

• Removed some unused scripts
